Shipping out of state and local

We understand the importance of timely delivery for your business. That's why we offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure your products arrive on time. We currently cover (but not limited to) the Tri-State area. Including, the 5 Boroughs of NYC, Long Island, Westchester- Rockland Counties, New Jersey & Fairfield County Connecticut. If you have a business and need service. Please call customer service to place your local order.

Shipping & Delivery

We use UPS for 2nd day express to the(48 State) Continental US. This is done to preserve time and temperature. This is different than standard shipping.

 We do not ship to APO boxes or outside of the borders.

All items are packaged & shipped frozen  in a reusable insulated container with ice packs.

 And may arrive thawed. But at a safe cold temperature. You can either freeze or refrigerate on arrival. 

Items are shipped ( 2 Day Express ) Monday through Wednesday.

All items purchased after 12 pm (Noon) Weds will not be processed until the following Monday to ensure you will receive your product in the freshest state possible.  

This is also done on all frozen food items to ensure fast, fresh and safe delivery. 

All Ground items purchased Mon - Weds.  will be shipped out next day up to Friday. 

All  items purchased  Sat, Sun,  Will be shipped between Monday / Tuesday depending on UPS's Schedule

 If you are missing an item or you have received a damaged item,. please contact us at customer service  We will do everything possible to accommodate you. 

 Once an order has shipped,  Stina Provisions is not responsible for any carrier delays. 

You may choose to pick up your packages to avoid costly shipping fees at our store in New Rochelle New York, Monday – Saturday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm.
